If you’re reading this, you probably know that we are a volunteer-based park and not a regular park that has simply existed all these years. We fought for this park, so for the oldies-but-goodies in the hood–it’s our baby! We, as in you, need to keep an eye on the park and make sure it’s up-to-sniff, at all times. One of our parks “eyes n’ ears” mentioned that there was some dog kibble spread throughout the small dog park over the last few days. When we swung by to have a peek we also noticed that there were six piles of 💩💩💩💩💩💩 left unattended. A couple of them looked like they were from the same dog 👀 Not cool, my pawty-peeps.
What happened? Well, a complimentary poop bag from Pawtrero was used and we bent down and cleaned them up! It was amazing how quickly it transformed the park! Also, this happened…
Yep! That’s right, we swept up the potentially harmful dog kibble with a home-variety sweeper.
Now, we’re not looking for brownie points, but we are looking for assistance. If you see something, say something OR, do something 😁 One minute of effort on your part would go a long way to making the regular volunteers really happy.
