Park Updates for 4/5/2021

Thank you for your continued patronage of the Rincon Hill Dog Park 🐾 We love seeing all of the pups playing around and having a good time.

We wanted to inform you of a few issues that have come up:

✔ The latch on the small dog park has been tampered with and we cannot keep it secure at this time. Please use the large dog park or keep your dog on a leash if inside the small park until this is resolved.

✔ There is an encampment and we are working with the appropriate city groups to assist us in moving it out of the area.

✔ There is quite a bit of debris that we are working on removing.

✔ This week the park will have a maintenance crew come in to address the overgrowth and assess the potholes in the decomposed granite surface.

✔ We are actively working on having the scorched bulletin board removed.

💙As you may know, we are a volunteer-based park, so your help is valuable. We are still in a precarious situation with the pandemic, so there are extra restrictions as to what can be done about certain things. Please share photos and descriptions with contact@rinconhilldogpark.org so that we can help facilitate issues that crop up. Additionally, reaching out to 311 to report issues is helpful, and giving us the reference number is helpful.
